Atlas Paws Expands Downtown Toronto Footprint with Acquisition of Prudent Paws

TORONTO, ON – December 19, 2025 – Atlas Paws, the premier dog care facility in downtown Toronto, is proud to announce the acquisition of Prudent Paws. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the company, driven by the overwhelming support of the Toronto dog community and a growing demand for Atlas Paws’ high standards of care.

As part of the acquisition, Atlas Paws will take over operations of the Prudent Paws facility located at 529 Richmond St East with location partner Staci Lerner. This 2,600 sq. ft. space will be retained and upgraded to reflect the Atlas Paws brand, safety protocols, and strict adherence to Fear Free® guidelines to ensure the emotional and physical well-being of every dog.
