2. Behavior & Temperament Notes: Led by our expert team (including Staci Lerner), we keep a close eye on how your dog is interacting with the pack. Was your pup a social butterfly today? Did they prefer the company of our handlers? We note these subtle shifts in behavior to ensure their social needs are being met.
3. Health & Wellness Tracking: We monitor all the essentials. If your dog is staying for boarding, we track their appetite, energy levels, and bathroom breaks. If they’ve visited our Grooming Spa, you’ll get a "before and after" update from the grooming team.
4. Special Accomplishments: Did your puppy master a "sit" during group play? Did your senior dog find a new favorite nap spot? We love celebrating the small wins that make your dog unique.
